only option I could find connected to this is in General Options and is named "Use Windows Hot Keys", but to my knowledge, it should do the same think as the Toolbar Button. But then I have not seen the code for the two, so it might provide solution (DameWare works that way sometimes).
If you have some more information on what were you fiddling with, we might narrow the search.
