This problem has just recently started. We've noticed on a few Windows 10 devices the workstation will go to a locked station and will not allow you to unlock it. Even if the user is signed into the computer at the time we connect, the workstation locks itself. If you try to log in, it will just automatically return to the locked station. The user on the other end will no longer she his/her screen. It goes dark and may flash on and off periodically. The only way to get the screen back to the user is to disconnect the remote session. Any ideas as to what is causing this issue. We've been using Windows 10 for several months now and it hasn't struck all our Windows 10 devices. Right now we are only aware of about 5-10 devices.
